The Mocha Negra distribution complex in Budapest, Hungary, which will have a fully developed cost of €30m. The initial phase was purchased in 2007 on an in-going yield of 8.25% for €7.5m and extends to 10,000m2. It is occupied by a major coffee distributor, Mocha Negra, which distributes to Hungary, Poland and Romania.
Planning exists for the construction of a further 30,000m2 of distribution space and construction in the second phase which is contracted to commence in the near future
