David Walsh - Director

David started his early career at Jones Lang Wooten and Richard Ellis.

In 1993 he was a founder director of Portfolio Holdings which owned, developed and asset managed over £1 billion of commercial property. He joined Frame investments in early 2004.

Alan Mackinnon - Financial Director

As a "City" trained Chartered Accountant qualifying in 1982, Alan Mackinnon was involved with major clients, managing the audits of Tesco, Bespak plc and Currys Electrical.

He joined the property and construction group Wilshier Plc (turnover circa £300m) in 1985 and was appointed Group Finance Director in the early 1990's.

Subsequent to the sale of the Group in the late 1990s to a continental buyer, he joined Kean Hird in Frame Investments.

Since 1998, Kean has been Managing Director and principal shareholder in Frame Investments and Sussex Asset Management as well as investor/asset manager of the South Downs Limited Partnership, a joint fund with Prudential of America, which initially acquired a £120 million portfolio of commercial real estate in England.

In recent years with his affiliation with Catalyst Capital, Kean has gained extensive experience investing in Central European properties.
