A project acquired in joint venture by Frame Investments Limited in 2003 with the Hanover Property Unit trust. It represents an Industrial estate in Newhaven, East Sussex extending to circa 35 acres.

Frame investments Limited also has asset management responsibility and the current value of circa £20m compares to an acquisition price in 2003 of just under £9m. Specifically, Frame Investments Limited was able to secure a planning consent on a substantial proportion of the site for the construction of a waste to energy facility which will be built and operated on behalf of East Sussex Council by the waste management operator, Veolia.

The Completed development had a value of circa £20m and was sold to Britannia Asset Management (now Alba Life)

Frame investment Limited was the specialist asset manager to the South Downs limited partnerships which held a property portfolio in the south of England with a value of approximately £ 140m and comprising 69 properties in the south of England.

The Partnership comprised, Frame Investments, the Hanover Property Unit Trust, Trans European and the McAlpine family.

The portfolio was sold in late 2002 to a Private Family Trust
