Property Unit trust. It represents an Industrial estate in Newhaven,
East Sussex extending to circa 35 acres.
Frame investments
Limited also has asset management responsibility and the current value
of circa £20m compares to an acquisition price in 2003 of just under
£9m. Specifically, Frame Investments Limited was able to secure a
planning consent on a substantial proportion of the site for the
construction of a waste to energy facility which will be built and
operated on behalf of East Sussex Council by the waste management
operator, Veolia. |
